The host is used for the purpose of fulfilling contracts with potential and existing visitors (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and in the interest of a secure, fast, and efficient provision of this online service by a professional provider (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

5. YouTube embeds

Some pages on this site embed videos from YouTube using the privacy-enhanced mode via youtube-nocookie.com. No cookies are set until you actively play a video.

When you play a video, a connection is established to Google/YouTube servers, which may collect your IP address and other data. I have no influence over this processing. For more information see Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy ↗

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in illustrating tutorials with video content.

This site uses Google Fonts. The font files are downloaded locally during the build process and served directly from this server. No connection to Google's servers is made when you visit this website.

To remember your preferred colour scheme (light / dark mode), an entry is saved in your browser's local storage (localStorage). This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any server. It is not a cookie in the legal sense.
